B2B Communications & Marketing Manager · Toulouse, France

Communication, product and content:
making complex things clear.

I work at the intersection of leadership, sales, product, development and users, turning complex business and technical topics into clear messages, useful content and better experiences. My scope spans product communications, B2B content, UX/UI, web and events.

From field insight to clear communication.

My approach starts with user needs and real-world use cases: understand the subject first, then choose the right angle and format.

Field insight & needs

Listen to real-world use cases, constraints and friction points.

Product understanding

Understand how the product works before trying to explain it.

Angle & message

Identify what needs to be understood, remembered or acted upon.

Content / format

Choose the format that best fits the message and context.

Measure & refine

Review feedback and results, then adapt where needed.

About

A career built at the intersection of field insight and product.

My career began in visual communication. Client training, from 2016 onwards, marked a turning point: meeting users in the field taught me to observe how they work, listen to their needs and connect those insights with product evolution.

I then moved into project management and UX/UI before taking on broader B2B communications and marketing responsibilities. Today, based in Toulouse, I work directly with leadership, sales, product and development teams, lead cross-functional communications projects and manage a six-person team.
